Social Security
Ostensibly, the social security system was started to help those who were deeply impacted during the Great Depression of the 1930s, but also with the thought that it would help as a pension plan for those who did not have one. It became a monster when it was deemed a mandatory deduction from employees' paychecks. But, this is not about history or the social security system's initial purpose. This site is dedicated to helping you change your status with the Social Security Administration to what it originally was at birth.
One of the steps you can take is to change your citizenship status from U.S. citizen to non-citizen National or state National or National of the United States of America Republic. This is done by clicking the following link which takes you to the SS-5 Form of the Social Security Administration (https://www.ssa.gov/forms/ss-5.pdf).
Filling out the SS-5 Form and an Affidavit to attach to the form can be done by you or can be done by purchasing the aforementioned documents as templates which guide you on exactly how to write the Affidavit and fill out the SS-5 Form.
When your mom and dad signed you up for Social Security, they did not know that there existed a difference between a US Citizen and a state National or non-citizen National which is deceptive and fraudulent on the part of the State and Federal governments. So, all we are doing here is simply reclaiming our status at the moment of birth as non-citizen Nationals.
Anyone who identifies as a non-citizen National or a US National or American National or Foreign National or National of the United States of America Republic, but NOT a 14th Amendment US Citizen should take the steps noted here. However, if you are happy being, and remaining, within the auspices and confines of the corporate US government as a 14th Amendment US citizen, then so be it.
You can go to your local Social Security Office and submit the SS-5 Form and Affidavit. You may want to bring with you the following credentials:
Passport and
Certificate of Live Brith or Birth Certificate (these are different)
On the SS-5 Form, question #13 states: ‘Enter any different date of birth if used on an earlier application for a card’.
If using a Birth Certificate - enter the birthdate of the straw man or corporate ‘you’ which will be a few days after your actual ‘livie person’ birthdate;
If using a Certificate of Live Birth - enter the actual ‘live birth’ date.
Once your status is changed, it does not affect your social security pension when you become eligible to receive it as you have paid into the system. So, as long as you reside in the continental United States, you will receive your benefits.
Some Social Security employees may give you a difficult time when they see you have checked off ‘Other’ for Question #18. Let them know that your citizen status has been changed with the U.S. Department of State's Passport Office and you wish to change your status with the Social Security Administration. Also, let them know that with the affidavit attached to the SS-5 Form, you have every right to check ‘other’ for question #18.
