ANPC INTERNATIONAL NATION TAGS

This is an actual, real, license plate issued by ANPC International.  It clearly illustrates that it is a 'NOT FOR HIRE' automobile which means it is not used for commercial purposes. This means it does not have to follow the rules of the road. Which means you cannot be given a ticket for any road violation as long as you do no harm to person or property. It is a US DEPT OF STATE approved license plate and is in use in New York State.

This type of license plate can replace the current state license plate on any non-commercial form of transport (car, RV, motorcycle, SUV, truck, trailer, etc) that you may own.

The 'Z' in two places on the tags indicate to officials an exempt status.
