Certificate of Live Birth

For you, this is how it started

For each of us as individuals, the process of ownership began when our parents signed us up for a birth certificate and a social security number. But, the entire process began long ago, in the 1800s with some states, and in 1902 at the federal government level, with the inception of the Certificate of Live Birth or Birth Certificate as a document that must be written up with all births. The aforementioned document eventually tied into the social security system in 1935 with the birth of the Social Security Administration and eventually with the Commerce Department. These two documents initiated each newborn into U.S. citizenship, unbeknownst to our parents, who signed the documents. Prior to that moment, each one of us was a 'state National.' That may not mean much to you, at this point, but it will after reading and learning the information contained on this and other pages of this site. 

At this point in time, at the end of 2023, we have learned that what they have done can be undone by using their legal system, but in a lawful manner. Basically, we are working the systems they setup in a lawful way. In essence, we are undoing what was done to remove ourselves from the matrix.

Master Record of Live Birth - contains everything listed in the Long Form Certificate of Live Birth plus foot prints of newborn.

Long Form Certificate of Live Birth - also known as Certificate of Live Birth; known as the ‘vault copy’ (in NYC) - this document has the following information:

Full name (FIRST MIDDLE LAST in ALL CAPS) of newborn baby

date and time of birth

precise location of birth: city, county, state

gender

father's name, age, occupation, race, state of birth

mother's name including maiden name, age, race, state of birth

mother's address of residence and mailing address

signatures of parents

name of attending physician or midwife

It is a representation of the original paper document (Master Record of Live Birth) that carries signatures of those present at birth. It is 8.5” x 11” in landscape format and is sometimes accompanied by a Letter of Exemplification.

It lists two dates of birth:

   1) the birth of the live boy or girl and;

   2) a few days to a few weeks later, the Date of Registration, known as the birth of the ALL CAPS NAME, the Corporation, the Cestui       Que Vie (cesta K V) Trust; the ens legis; the straw man; the legal fiction; the date of incorporation. [In corporate law, a corporation is considered a 'person'].

This long form may also contain:

a State File Number or District No

A Local Registration Number or Registered No - pertaining to a bond (owned by the Cestui Que Vie Trust representing the All Caps Name of the newborn)

Birth Certificate - contains some of the information that is on the Long Form Certificate of Birth, except it does not have signatures or detailed parents information on it. It may be used for proving citizenship and as proof of identity, but is not accepted for all applications. The Short Form is often called an ‘abstract’ because it only provides a portion of the long-form information. In essence, the short form serves as proof that a full birth certificate has been filed for you.

Authenticating a Long Form Certificate of Live Birth

This is one of, if not, THE very first step that can be taken to regain our original citizenship. That is, authenticating the Certificate of Live Birth. Authentication proves you are the living person of said certificate. The Certificate of Live Birth is the main bond that was created when our mother unknowingly signed us over, as a newborn, to the government which now has control and ownership of us. Hence, we are actually known as a vessel. Don't believe it? Here is the code: 18 USC 9. We are owned. Like property. Look it up.  A bond was created, that is traded on the open markets, with the establishment of our Certificate of Live Birth, and this bond became the Cestui Que Vie Trust account for our name in ALL CAPS. If interested in: authenticating the fact that you are a live person; regaining original status at birth and; releasing the trust setup in our (ALL CAPS) name, of which we are supposed to be the beneficiary, the following needs to happen: 

• Order a Certificate of Live Birth (not a Birth Certificate) by visiting either:

  1. the Vital Records Office of your county of birth or

  2. your State of birth's Vital Statistics office or 

  3. your State of birth's Dept of Health

and request the long form Certificate of Live Birth. If the above options do not suit you, you can visit  https://vitalchek.com  and do the same thing online. Vital Chek is inexpensive, quick, and less time consuming (you don't have to drive to a government office). Regardless of the method chosen, order 3 copies.

• Once the copies of the long form Certificate of Live Birth certified by your County (you have to get them certified if you ordered them via vitalcheck.com) are in your possession, then have them authenticated by the Secretary of State (SOS) at either the State or Federal level. Certification at both levels is not needed. To authenticate any document with the SOS, find a non-Hague Convention Country. To do this, go online and search 'non-Hague Convention Countries'. Once one is found, Haiti, for instance, continue the online search but this time search 'Hague Convention Countries' to make sure that Haiti is not also on that list. 

• Fill in the DS-4194 Form to file with the U.S. Department of State. (You can use the DS-4194 template referred to below).

• Write a 'Cover Letter' explaining the purpose of filing the DS-4194 (you can use the Cover Letter template referred to below).

• Edit the templates to include your information. Make check/money order out to the correct department name and in the exact correct dollar amount or it will be returned to you.

• Make sure that your Certificate of Live Birth documents are Certified / Authenticated NOT Apostilled.

• Once all documents are in order, send them to the Department of State to the address at the top of the DS-4194 Form. Send by USPS Priority Mail, certified or registered, with return receipt requested. Send in a USPS Priority Mail large envelope so that none of the documents are folded. Include in the Priority Mail envelope a USPS Priority Mail return envelope with your address on it.

• When you have received everything back certified and authenticated from the SOS, take one copy and file it in a safe place, make another copy (in color) electronically (take a picture or scan it), and file the electronic copy in a safe place.

• Record the dates of any mail sent, the certified or registered number, any return receipts received, and date(s) of any subsequent correspondence in a spreadsheet or a word document

• Once your Certificate of Live Birth is authenticated, it verifies that you are a living man or woman and not the cestui que vie trust or legal fiction.

Ramifications of a Birth Certificate, the Social Security Number, and the ALL CAPS NAME

1. When you, as a living boy or girl, were born, the hospital informed your parents that a birth certificate was necessary as evidence to the State of your new arrival. This Certificate of Live Birth initiated an application for a Social Security Account with benefits to be paid out at a later time in life. This new Certificate of Live Birth was sent to the Commerce Department (What? Why the Commerce Department) with a value assigned to it and it began trading on the open market. The new Social Security account opened in your ALL CAPS name resulted in a social security number AND a trust account at the Department of Treasury in your ALL CAPS name. But it actually did more than that. It created a 2nd version of you, your birth name in ALL CAPS, and it changed your citizenship from a non-citizen National at moment of birth to a U.S. citizen upon submission to the state government of your Certificate of Live Birth.

2. So, your citizenship was changed from non-citizen National or Indigenous American to U.S. citizen. This may sound like a step in the right direction and one that everyone would want for themselves as we have all been taught that The United States is the greatest country in the world with the most opportunity, the greatest freedoms, and we are very fortunate to have been born in this country — the Continental United States. So, why should there be any concerns? 

   1. Why would we not want a Certificate of Live Birth? What's the big deal anyway?  

   2. Why would we not want a pension plan via social security? 

   3. Most of all, why would we not want to be a U.S. citizen? 

   4. And lastly, what is this ALL CAPS NAME thing anyway?

Let's take a look at some of these and break them down:

3. ALL CAPS NAME: the ALL CAPS NAME is your name given at birth but displayed in all CAPITAL LETTERS. The ALL CAPS NAME is not you, but a corporation, a Trust actually.  If you ever study contract law, all names are capitalized. If you ever look at your Certificate of Live Birth, Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, Bank Account, Driver's License, Car Registration, Voter Registration, Marriage License, Passport, Credit Cards, IRS Tax Forms and any IRS correspondence, State government correspondence, fishing license, hunting license, flying license, any license or registration, get the picture?, etc., you will notice that your name is in ALL CAPS. That name is not you, the living man or woman, but rather the 'straw man' or corporate version of you, the ens legis, which serves as your token to play in the game of commerce.

The problem with this situation is that you were never told about this. So, you have always assumed that the name that so closely resembles your own, except its in capital letters, is actually you!  Y o u    c o u l d n ' t     b e    m o r e    w r o n g! ! !  The original purpose of this legal fiction (ens legis) of an ALL CAPS NAME was to indemnify the real live you from any commercial liability, much like an LLC (Limited Liability Corporation) does. Sounds nice, right? But, we were never told any of this. In other words, we were deceived. A legal name made unbeknownst to us is deception. Deception is fraud. Fraud is a felony. We were defrauded...of our rights, our liberties, and our prosperity. Do not make the mistake of thinking the previous sentence is just a string of words. 

By not realizing that you have two names, you have acted as though you have one name. Ramifications? Every time you have seen your name spelled in CAPS, you assumed it was YOU, the living you. As a result, when you received a letter from the IRS or from a government agency or from a court of law, you assumed that it was directed at you, John Doe or Jane Smith, the living man or woman reading the notice...when, in fact, it was directed at the corporate version of you, JOHN DOE or JANE SMITH. It is known as legal fiction. Look up the phrase 'ens legis.' And memorize it!! 

So, how differently would you have responded to a notice that normally instills fear in you if you had known that it was not addressed to you, the living man or woman, but to YOU, the corporate version of you.....known as the straw man, or the Cestui Que Vie?!  The only entities that a corporation can interact, govern, communicate, preside, fine, legislate, or rule over or with, is another corporation. A corporation has literally no control or influence over any individual human being without consent. Your ALL CAPS NAME is your game piece, your token to use as you wish to either interact or not interact in commerce with other corporations throughout the world. This other YOU (the Corporate YOU) is there to protect you, but it cannot if you don't know this other YOU exists! As a result, you have been fined or penalized or imprisoned or whatever because you believed that YOU were you!

For instance, if you go to court for a traffic violation, the judge calls your name, and you respond as though the judge is calling your 'small-case living you' name. You have just made a huge mistake. You don't see that the docket that the judge is reading from contains a list of names in all capital letters. The judge was actually calling the corporate YOU to answer the allegation(s). The court itself is a corporation and since it is a corporation, it has to interact with another corporation, in this case, the corporate YOU in order to 'conduct business.' But, since you, the living person, responded, you unwittingly created a verbal contract with the corporate court, instantly creating a joinder between you and the corporate court. You basically have consented, although unknowingly, with the whims and jurisdiction of the corporation, known as the court, and thus waived the protection of commercial liability that your ALL CAPS NAME provides. You are now personally liable! So, if you end up with a fine or in jail, you have no recourse but to pay the fine or go to jail because you tossed away your token!

The above example is the deception that has been played out for decades. It occurs in every venue unknowingly and unwittingly. Most people are unaware of this game including police officers, court employees and most judges!

4. U.S. CITIZENSHIP: the innocent steps taken by your parents authorized a Certificate of Live Birth to be opened in your name (with all caps) which transitioned you from a non-citizen National status to a U.S. citizen status. These steps made you the property of THE CORPORATE UNITED STATES INC. (see 4.2.1 below), a resident of the District of Columbia (see 4.2.2 below), and a future employee of THE CORPORATE UNITED STATES INC (see 4.3.1 below). 

By virtue of signing a W-4 Form as an employee or a W-9 Form as an independent contractor, we set the stage to join the IRS country club as an employee or contractor of the corporate federal government who volunteers to pay federal income taxes. The W-4 and W-9 is the next step in committing ourselves from a voluntary taxpayer to a mandatory taxpayer because we are initiating a membership application with the IRS as an adult who has the right of choice (even though we are not even aware that we are making a choice at this point). Not only do we further commit to pay the federal income tax, but these two forms sign us up as an employee or contractor of THE UNITED STATES INC. The W-4 form changes our status from an employee of the company that hired us to an employee of the Federal Government; the W-9 form does the same for an independent contractor. Additionally, we further commit to having residence in the District of Columbia even though we, in fact, may live elsewhere.

1. 1. By filing the 1040 Form for the very first time, we fully acquiesce to join the IRS Country Club by fully immersing our selves into the club which obligates us to pay our yearly dues...the federal income taxes forever and ever. Form 1040 is the final contract between us and THE UNITED STATES INC solidifying our status as a mandatory tax-paying U.S. citizen (Resident alien is the term used by the IRS).

   2. So, the Certificate of Live Birth made us: 

      1. a vessel (18 USC §9) (Citizen) of the corporate UNITED STATES; Actual Code: "The term “vessel of the United States”, as used in this title, means a vessel belonging in whole or in part to the United States, or any citizen thereof, or any corporation created by or under the laws of the United States, or of any State, Territory, District, or possession thereof".  [meaning you are owned by, and thus the property of, the United States Incorporated].   

      2. with residence in the District of Columbia ; This code, within the Uniform Commercial Code, defines the location of the United States Incorporated. It is clearly stated in  UCC §9-307 (h).  [Location of United States.] "The United States is located in the District of Columbia."   By considering you a resident of the District of Columbia, you can then be lawfully taxed (although the subterfuge that gets you to this point is both astounding and fraudulent).

   3.   And finally, by signing a 1040 Form each and every year, we are agreeing to annually commit and re-commit ourselves as mandatory tax-paying U.S. citizens of THE UNITED STATES INC, who overtly and tacitly agree to be:

      1. an employee of the company known as THE UNITED STATES INC. as defined in 28 USC §3002 (15);    This code states: “United States means

(A) a Federal corporation;

(B) an agency, department, commission, board, or other entity of the United States; or

(C) an instrumentality of the United States."

NOTE

If your children have a Birth Certificate (and a Social Security card), then learning the information on this site is important so that they realize they have a corporate or trust (straw man) name in addition to their live birth name. Once this is learned, navigating both persons (the natural born person and the corporate version) becomes simple. The ALL CAPS (or corporate) name provides limited liability in commerce and acts as a portal into the commercial/corporate world.

If your children have neither a birth certificate nor a social security card, then they are but real live humans without any association to the ALL CAPS or corporate version of themselves. In that case, they need some education on their natural born rights that have been taken away from others when the parents chose to sign the birth certificate.  Later in life, when ready to work as an employee or independent contractor or business owner, the Passport can be used in lieu of a social security number.
