Passport Card and/or Passport Book
I am not providing an introduction here. I am assuming you read the Certificate of Birth page prior to reading this page. If not, you will need to read that page.
Filing for a new Passport or changing your current Passport from U.S. Citizen to non-Citizen National or state National or American National is perhaps the biggest step you can take although you might think that not having to pay Federal Income taxes is a bigger accomplishment. Well, the latter may have more of an impact to you financially, but the former is the major change that needs to occur to help remove yourself from the matrix so that you no longer have to partake in the codes, statutes, rules, and regulations that only have jurisdiction in the District of Columbia, U.S. Territories, and for U.S. Citizens.
So, let's jump right in....
A state National or foreigner is a living woman or man and has full rights available to such. This also places a state National in the police database as a "foreign national" which provides LIMITED diplomatic immunity. A state National becomes a foreign^ diplomat because, as a state National, we are 'foreign' to The United States (a.k.a. the District of Columbia). We are a "diplomat," (by definition, a FOREIGN ambassador), because when we correct our citizenship status with the State Department to that of a state National and hence a foreigner to the federal government (all states in the union are legally foreign to the federal government - remember, each state in the union is a foreign nation state# and separate from The United States (the District of Columbia)), we achieve a status that removes us from the jurisdiction of the federal, state, county and local governments; from the police, taxing authorities, the UCC, the USC, the CFR, etc.
^ Foreign: “Belonging to another nation or country; belonging or attached to another jurisdiction; made, done, or rendered in another state or jurisdiction; subject to another jurisdiction; operating or solvable in another territory; extrinsic; outside; extraordinary. Nonresident.” ~ Black’s Law Dictionary 4th Edition
# Foreign Nation State: “Foreign state” includes states of the Union. They are legislatively but not constitutionally “foreign” with respect to the national [federal] government. This is a product of the separation of powers. Foreign States: Nations outside of the United States [District of Columbia].... Term may also refer to another state; i.e. a sister state. The term ‘foreign nations’, ...should be construed to mean all nations and states other than that in which the action is brought; and hence, one state of the Union is foreign to another, in that sense. [Black’s Law Dictionary, 6th Edition, p. 648]
"The United States government is a foreign corporation with respect to a state." 19 Corpus Juris Secundum section 883. A person may be a citizen of a particular state and not a citizen of the United States (Federal government; Fourteenth Amendment citizen). To hold otherwise would be to deny to the state the highest exercise of its sovereignty -- the right to declare who are its Citizens. [State v. Fowler, 41 La. Ann. 380] [6 S. 602 (1889)]
It is quite clear, then, that there is a Nationality of the United States (Federal government; Fourteenth Amendment citizen) and a Nationality of a state, which are distinct from each other and which depend upon different characteristics or circumstances in the individual. [Slaughter House Cases, 83 U.S. 36] [(1873) emphasis added]
Unfortunately, the U.S. Department of State is now refusing to change anyone back to his/her true citizenship at birth.
The chart below is very interesting. Rather simple, but very impactful once you realize what it is declaring. Read the section below this chart to find out more.
U.S. Government Printing Office Style Manual for Nationalities
The United States Government has a list of Demonyms (a name that denotes an inhabitant or native of a given place) for each state to denote nationality for those born in a particular State or for those who now reside in a State.
So, what is the importance of the chart above? It states, rather clearly and emphatically, the following:
It states 'The table on Demonyms...to be used for nouns and adjectives denoting nationality.' In other words, the state in which someone is born has a nationality. A nationality cannot exist unless the location is a nation. A nation is a country. If born in New Hampshire, you were born in the nation or country of New Hampshire.
Further, if born or living in New York, you are a New Yorker. If living in Wisconsin, you are a Wisconsinite. If living in Hawaii, Hawaiian. Of course, we all knew the last one, but never considered the other 49 states. Why? Because we always considered ourselves to be Americans or U.S. Citizens who live in a State. BUT, in reality, we are citizens or residents or dwellers of the state in which we were born or in which we currently reside. For more detail, go to the Citizenship Page.
Being born in one of the 50 constitutional states of the Union (not territories or possessions of the United States), determines our nationality as it is based on the state in which birth occurred per the demonyms above. So, if born in Iowa, you are known as an Iowan because your nation is Iowa. Again, the word 'nationality' has the word 'nation' embedded within it. If still living in Iowa, you are in the country or nation of Iowa.
How can the above be true? It is because the laws state that each of the 50 states are independent countries with respect to The United States (additionally, the law states that the States should view The United States as a foreign corporation). Our situation here in the continental united States is the same as in Europe. For instance, we call New York, Iowa and Maine 'states,' but in reality they are countries just like France, Spain and Norway.
In my particular case, I was born in the Republic of New York NOT New York State, and therefore I am a New Yorker and was a state National from the moment of birth; not a U.S. Citizen. It was only when my Master Record of Live Birth was created that I became a U.S. Citizen, but without my permission or consent or knowledge (obviously, as I was 5 days old)!
Now, the Master Record of Live Birth or Certificate of Live Birth gave us a second identity by incorporating us. That's why there are two (birth) dates on the Certificate of Live Birth. The Birth Certificate is not a ‘Certificate of Live Birth’ because it is the birth of the fictional corporate entity (a.k.a. Legal Fiction or Cestui Que Vie Trust) bearing our names in ALL CAPS.
As natural born infants, we were initially outside the system (without The United States). Within days of our actual live birth, however, as a result of our parents signing our Master Record of Live Birth, we became part of the system unbeknownst to us, and also unbeknownst to our mother and father. So, again, as of day 1 as natural born individuals, we were outside the laws of the United States Inc. or Corporate America with in-a-lien-able rights as state Nationals. We were then contracted into the laws via the Certificate of Live Birth without our knowledge…which makes the contracts** fraudulent and thus a felony by those who committed such acts with knowledge…those at the State and Federal Government levels.
** Contracts - in order for a contract to be considered a contract, all parties must be aware of every ingredient within the contract, must understand the language and meaning of the contract, must be aware it is a contract, and must sign the contract. As a 5 day old, I never signed up for my birth certificate or social security account. Per contract law, if I choose to pursue this, my Certificate of Live Birth could be rendered invalid. More to the point, it could be ruled fraudulent.
