What is the Marriage License Really?
When you get a marriage license, your and your spouse merge with the corporate State into a perpetual 3-way contract. More specifically, your individual sole proprietorships merge with the State Basically, you have just contracted not only the two of you, but every possession and future possession (children) that will ever come forth from this marriage. This is why those who have become privy to what a marriage license is all about and how it negatively impacts everything in the relationship from a legal standpoint proceed to get divorced contractually. EVERYTHING YOU BOTH OWN, ONCE MARRIED, IS CONTRACTUALLY GIVEN TO THE STATE AS PART OF THE MARRIAGE LICENSE.
Keep in mind that the definition of "license" is "something that permits you to break the law." So, if you reverse engineer that idea, it is AGAINST THE LAW to get married and the state is ALLOWING YOU TO BREAK THAT LAW under certain conditions (those conditions being signing over everything you own to the state including children). THIS IS OBVIOUSLY ONLY POSSIBLE IN A FOREIGN LAND SUCH AS THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA.
This new 3-way contractual company is considered a business operating under the the dictates of the State.
When the husband or wife goes to the store to purchase food, the state looks at that activity as one of their businesses.
Children DELIVERED from within a marriage are literally considered products of the State and thus the children become wards of the State via the marriage license, the birth certificate and the Social Security system.
The marriage license, according to statute, is an entirely secular, for-profit business venture where the husband and wife are now teamed up together with the State in a "privileged" business venture.
And the most shocking part is what the state believes they are giving you in exchange for this: they believe that by placing you under their state statutes, they are giving you something of value and that is the 'consideration' that binds the contract.
Laughable.
So they enslave you via the marriage license and they call that enslavement a PRIVILEGE. The reason why is because marriage is not a right in the District of Columbia. It is a privilege!
Now, what can you do about this?
Well, if you are already married you can nullify the state from your marriage by saying that all the original signatures were done under fraud.
To get married properly, without a contract and hence without state involvement, would be done by making an affidavit, wherein the marriage and any agreements between the spouses are briefly described, witnesses attest to the event, and then it is notarized. These documents are then copied and filed with the County Registrar. Finally, you place those documents in a Bible (or other holy book) at home.
Note: file a picture of the Bible in the County Register
Boom, now you have a real marriage... not a perpetual threesome with the state.
There are other ways to do it as well. You can type "Common Law Marriage" into the internet and probably find other info on it.
If you are looking to break all of your contracts and separate yourself from the commercial craziness, you will need to get rid of your marriage license contract, otherwise you are tied to the state via this contract. It MUST be severed if it exists. Once severed, you can do another style of marriage and continue with your spouse under the new contract.
